Explanation of  availability:

Available

Immediate receipt / delivery in 1-3 days:                “Direct receipt” refers to products available in the store and the consumer has the opportunity to visit to receive  “immediately”.

If the consumer chooses to send a product at his place, the store must deliver the product within 1 to 3 days from the date of the order.

1-3 days

Pickup or delivery in 1-3 days:
It concerns products that are not readily available in the store, but exist in the warehouse or in a supplier and are delivered to the customer’s place or received by the store within 1 to 3 days from the date of the order.

Analytics:
Attica region, Thessaloniki and Patras: 1-3 working days
Mainland Greece (capitals of prefectures and urban centers) : 2 – 4 working days Island Greece and Crete (capitals of islands): 3 – 5 working days.
Non-urban centers and inaccessible areas of mainland Greece as well as villages and islands of arid line have in addition to the above Years, 1 working day.

* The delivery time is calculated from the next day of receipt of the order.

4-7 days

Pickup or delivery in 4-7 days:
It concerns products that are not readily available in the store, but for example appear to be available to the supplier and delivered to the customer’s place or received by the store in 4 to 7 days from the date of the order.

Upon Request

Upon order – delivery up to 30 days:
It refers to products that are not in stock in the store or in the supplier’s warehouse and delivered to the customer’s place or received by the store within up to 30 days from the date of the order.
If you are interested in a product (s) whose availability is upon request you can contact the store for additional information.

The delivery time of the products, for areas outside the prefecture of Attica and inaccessible areas, may be different from the availability of the store.

Deliveries within Athens

Deliveries *within Athens, take place during the company’s opening hours and the minimum charge for shipment with Product/Products of total weight up to 10.00 Kg is 5.00€. From 10.01 Kg and above, shipping is free.

Deliveries Outside Athens

Orders/deliveries outside Chios are made through transport agencies.

For deliveries outside Chios the shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the products of the order and the final delivery destination of the order.

Deliveries in Attica – Thessaloniki – Patras are made in a customer’s home while in the rest of Greece on a sidewalk.
