How can I return products;

You can return the products you buy from the online store within 14 days of their delivery at the customer’s expense (or by a carrier of the customer’s choice).

• The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The packaging of the product must not be worn, damaged, soiled or altered in any way, or be in any condition other than the original!

• The purchase amount will be refunded after checking the condition of the product, its packaging and contents.
• If you have used the product beyond the manner described above, there may be a reduction in the refund amount or the refund may not be accepted.
• You are charged with the shipping costs for the return.
• If you choose your own cargo company/courier you take the risk of transportation until we receive the product.
